Terms of Service

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Dee's Motor Repairs ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), situated in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. By using our services or website, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services. All services are subject to availability and prior booking. We reserve the right to decline any service request.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Additional work required beyond the original quote will be communicated for your approval before proceeding.
4. Warranty
We provide a 6-month or 10,000km warranty (whichever comes first) on all repair work and parts fitted by us. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or subsequent repairs by third parties.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon collection of the vehicle unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We accept cash, card (via Yoco), and EFT. Online payments are processed securely through Yoco.
6. Vehicle Collection
Vehicles must be collected within 3 business days of completion notice. Storage fees of R50 per day may apply after this period. The Company reserves the right to charge a lien over uncollected vehicles in accordance with South African law.
7. Liability
While we take every care with your vehicle, the Company's liability for any damage or loss is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage not related to the service performed.
8. Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of R250.
9. Website & Online Store
Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Online orders are subject to separate delivery and returns policies.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng.
